Important Rental Policies

Apply for a Home with AM Realty

We believe in being thorough while remaining efficient. No one wants to wait for weeks to get an answer, so we screen your application quickly and let you know when you’ve been approved for a new home.

Within 24 hours of application approval, you’ll need to send us the security deposit in full. This takes your home off the market while the leasing process moves forward. The security deposit can be paid online, through a certified check or money order at our office. If alternate arrangements need to be made, they will be decided on a case by case basis. We will make all efforts to accommodate applicants and tenants.

Potential Lease Fees

$25/monthly pet rent
$300 non refundable pet fee
$75 non refundable pet application fee
$5 pest fee
$25 Valet Trash fee
$15 technology fee
$35-50 Renewal fee
$150-$350 Month to Month fee if lease is not renewed
$50-$150 non refundable application fee
$25-$50 parking fee
$79-$90 Internet fee

All of the above fees are not negotiable and will be in the tenants lease upon signing. * They could or could not be applicable to certain tenants or properties depending on the situation.

Before AM took over the previous company left us in horrible conditions. We had air conditioning issues, leaking, mold. My kids and I were frequently getting sick due to the mold. Samantha helped us so much. She sympathized with our situation, and found a resolution. She transferred us to more space, and even let us use our first deposit as our first months rent! We needed this money to move and couldn't be happier we didn't have to hire a lawyer. Sam is amazing and friendly, AM Realty knows how to take care of people! Which is definitely different from most here! Thank you again so much for everything!!

I've dealt with some nasty management companies in the past, and AM is a breath of fresh air to me. I wouldn't recommend any other property management company! Brandi is phenomenal in her customer service skills and communication.
