If a tenant we place into your rental property leaves before the end of the initial lease term, we will not charge you a Leasing Commission to find a replacement tenant. (excluding moves for military orders).

Maintenance Guarantee

Maintenance service performed by our in-house maintenance company is guaranteed for workmanship for 1 year.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our services, and we can’t make it right for you, you can cancel our management agreement without penalty.

Eviction Guarantee

While we are managing the property, if a tenant we placed has to be evicted, we will handle the cost of eviction, up to $2,500.

I gave 5 star because of a few things. The leasing agent (Asia) who showed me a few properties, was amazing and reassuring. Am realty has some beautiful properties and mine in particular comes with a dog park updated appliances and floors! The office in Fayetteville has some outstanding communication skills. They also have valet trash (CTLVTASH) and that was the icing on top for me! although there is only one dumpster that is quite the distance from me, the guy that does the trash always make sure he has all the trash the same time every night! As a mom, I absolutely HATE taking out the trash. I have not had to walk any trash to the dumpster since I’ve been here!
