I had many communications and interaction with Allison, Jessica, and Kaitlyn, and they were fantastic! I rented a home that they managed, and they always responded to me quickly, were always professional, and very helpful. There were only a few issues that came up at the home, and when I contacted AM Realty, they contacted the owner who sent sent someone right away. I've not leased a private home before and didn't know what to expect with the property management; I was quite pleased! I received nothing but five-star treatment and customer service! After experiencing soooo much stress after selling a house and moving, they were just what I needed! Thank you, Alison, Jessica, and Kaitlyn--I appreciate you more than I can say!

Amazing customer service! After dealing with not so friendly people in the midst of my apartment search I found AM Realty and connected with Kait. She was extremely friendly and kind throughout the entire process. She is taking the stress away from moving to a totally different state. Thanks Kait!
