AM Realty has been nothing short of incredible to me. I always get my questions answered in a timely manner, my maintenance requests are completed on time. I've dealt with some nasty management companies in the past, and AM is a breath of fresh air to me. I wouldn't recommend any other property management company! Brandi is phenomenal in her customer service skills and communication.

This company deserves 5 stars! Amazing Staff who goes above and beyond to assist! Working with Sam was an absolute blessing. She was very attentive and helped me the best she could. I have a place to call home from this wonderful experience with AM Realty.

They've been great landlords for the past 5 years. Maintenance is extremely fast to get to us. No crazy fees or other nonsense and you can talk to a real, local person if you need something. Would definitely recommend to others!

New owners came in and got to work! I love it and them. Personable and thorough. I see great things happening aesthetically. I’ve lived here a year sand in just two months they have handled many issues. Thank you all for reviving the neighborhood.
