If you are not satisfied with our services, and we can’t make it right for you, you can cancel our management agreement without penalty.

I can’t say enough positive things about AM Realty and in particularly Kathryn. Moving is such a daunting task however this move wasn’t so daunting. Kathryn offered a wide variety of recommendations for movers, provided a checklist of what all I needed prior to moving and even followed up via email and text. The company is prompt with maintenance request, they are on the property regularly looking for ways to improve the community. There hard work doesn’t go unnoticed and is appreciated.
