Maintenance Guarantee

Maintenance service performed by our in-house maintenance company is guaranteed for workmanship for 1 year.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our services, and we can’t make it right for you, you can cancel our management agreement without penalty.

Pest Control: Tenants are charged a monthly fee for pest control services. No service has been performed since May 2025. A scheduled visit for June 26th, 2025, was canceled and never rescheduled. Maintenance: All open maintenance requests and appointments have been canceled. No clear communication regarding when or if they will be rescheduled. Property Cleanliness: When I first moved in, common areas such as halls, siding, and sidewalks were pressure-washed regularly. Since AM Realty took over in April 2024, these cleaning practices have stopped. The main walkway was cleaned once after 6 weeks of multiple complaints from residents of the bird feces that covered the walkway. Communication & Management: I requested assistance for a severe noise issue. I was told it would be addressed and that I would receive a follow-up. No follow-up ever occurred, and the issue remained unresolved. On August 15, 2025, at 10:18 AM, I received an email titled "CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT - IMPORTANT!" The email stated, "AM Realty will no longer manage the property as of August 17, 2025." It makes sense now why maintenance requests were canceled throughout the building. They failed to mention this detail when they e-mailed residents on 8/13/2025 asking for a Google Review. There was no prior warning or explanation for the sudden change. I am beyond disappointed with the lack of follow-through, communication, and overall property management.

This is not a paid review…. I’ve rented from this company for 2+ years and they are one the best in the Charlotte area. Work orders were always completed in a timely manner and the vendors were always flexible. Allison and her team are great you just have to communicate your needs. I’ve resided on several of their properties and never had any major issues. They’ve grown and are expanding offices so sometimes their responses may be a little delayed but I always received a response within 48 hours. I’ve recommended several friends and they love AM REALTY.

This property management company is a complete scam. I paid the application fee and never heard a single word back. Their phone numbers are useless — either disconnected or straight to voicemail — and no one ever calls you back. It’s clear they’re just taking people’s money with zero intention of following through. No updates, no communication, nothing. Don’t waste your time or hard-earned money like I did. There are plenty of honest, professional property management companies out there — this is not one of them. Avoid at all costs.

The place I moved into was just like the pictures and have no complaints with anything. If I could rate Nyla 6 stars I would, she definitely went above and beyond for me.

Very disappointed I have lived at this apartment for 5 years and this is our 3rd rental company. After inspections my door was not locked correctly and was left open for hours. I emailed the property manager and received an email back from someone else apologizing and agreeing to change my locks Monday. Someone did not come out until Wednesday after I emailed and called the office again. I was not aware someone was coming and was not there and all I received was an email that maintenance had come out. After emailing and calling again I finally got in touch with someone and was told maintenance would be out Monday after waiting hours I called and was told maintenance had an emergency and would not be out. I was told he would be out the next morning. After waiting hours and not having anyone show up or any sort of communication I had to leave. I was told they would be out Friday morning. He apparently changed another units locks and still has not showed again I had to call multiple times to even find that out. This is has been going on since June 27 when my door was left unlocked and was open for hours. The way Am Realty has handled this is absolutely ridiculous and disappointing. Would not recommend using them.
