I am a resident at McDowell Creek Ct in Cornelius. The property is well maintained and peaceful. The entrance to the greenway is right outside the building. The real spotlight is James, the maintenance manager. He has been great to work with since he took over the property last spring (2024) From start to finish, he has shown professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to resident satisfaction. James is courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive to my request while ensuring that every aspect of the service is handled with care and precision. I was particularly impressed by his prompt response to a possible water leak and concern about the dishwasher. His empathy and understanding are top-notch. James truly cares about the property, and I want to be sure I express that his hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed. It is genuinely refreshing to work with a company that values quality and customer care as much as you do.

I truly appreciate and recommend people to seek out AM REALTY. . I had my doubts about concord but they assured me that everything would be Perfect and have everything that I wanted. And they didn't let me Down at all.. Tesla is always available to any question that I have.. She truly cares about her Tenant's. She goes above and beyond each and everytime.. I can see my self with This Company and Tesla for a long time. She makes you feel like Family and that Is what sold me.
