We appreciate your interest in our available homes for lease offered by AM Realty, LLC. In order to qualify for one of our rental properties, you must submit a rental application. The rental application must be completed by each person age 18 years and older who will occupy the property. Applicants are required to complete the application in its entirety and submit all specified documents.
Leases are granted on a first-approved application basis. AM Realty, LLC will process your application and notify you if you qualify to lease the desired property. Allow two business days for the rental application to be processed. If any additional information is needed a representative will contact you.

Horrible experience with this company, they completely wasted my time. Nick reached out for an interview then missed it with no communication at all. I moved my daughter's peds appointment to make this interview work. He then said let's reschedule after I reached out and ghosted me after that. I reached out again and then he, with no remorse or humanity, said, "We hired someone"... I am sure turnover is heavy if that's how things are done over there. I dodged a bullet with this one, be weary.

I have been renting from AM Realty for the last 2 years. I currently reside in Chesney Woods and I love it here! A very quiet community with a responsive property management team. This is my second property and I can say that I have enjoyed staying here the most. Tesla Wine was very helpful to me when transitioning to this community last year.

They are such an awesome company. You just need to be transparent with them and they’ll assist you the best they could. We love the area. We would love to reside here as long as they want us here. Thank you AM Realty for everything. Miss Jahnea and Miss Natasha are among the most helpful people we’ve encountered. They’ve been incredibly communicative, especially when weather conditions may cause disruptions or when repairs are needed around the property. They ensure that we’re always informed about any changes or issues.

Management seems unprofessional and disorganized. Sure! Unanswered phone calls, when they are answered there is a lot of attitude, everyone seems disorganized and burnt out. Hope this helps. 🙂
