Application Process

We appreciate your interest in our available homes for lease offered by AM Realty, LLC. In order to qualify for one of our rental properties, you must submit a rental application. The rental application must be completed by each person age 18 years and older who will occupy the property. Applicants are required to complete the application in its entirety and submit all specified documents.

Leases are granted on a first-approved application basis. AM Realty, LLC will process your application and notify you if you qualify to lease the desired property. Allow two business days for the rental application to be processed. If any additional information is needed a representative will contact you.

4 stars because of property manager Madison for property 327 flint hill rd. Manager gives us prompt response. Only thing I don’t like is the they have very limited tech team, always busy working with stuff, it’s been a week since I complained about flooring issues none came for fixing it. If manager was not helpful i would have rated 1 star instead of 4. They need to improve a lott with proper communication and customer understanding.

My wife and I relocated to Charlotte and leased a property from AM Realty while we decided where in Charlotte we wanted to buy a house. Nick Mears was incredibly responsive to our questions and the couple of times we needed maintenance services we had someone at the house within 24 hours, if not much earlier. I had not been a tenant for many many years before leasing from AM Realty and my experience a tenant was great. Again, many many thanks to Nick for being so helpful.
