Leasing Guarantee

If a tenant we place into your rental property leaves before the end of the initial lease term, we will not charge you a Leasing Commission to find a replacement tenant. (excluding moves for military orders).

Maintenance Guarantee

Maintenance service performed by our in-house maintenance company is guaranteed for workmanship for 1 year.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our services, and we can’t make it right for you, you can cancel our management agreement without penalty.

Eviction Guarantee

While we are managing the property, if a tenant we placed has to be evicted, we will handle the cost of eviction, up to $2,500.

Worst management company ever!!!! Poor service, had to find a renter myself. They never answer their phone or return phone calls. Having to suffer through a one year contract with them was a truly miserable experience.

4 stars because of property manager Madison for property 327 flint hill rd. Manager gives us prompt response. Only thing I don’t like is the they have very limited tech team, always busy working with stuff, it’s been a week since I complained about flooring issues none came for fixing it. If manager was not helpful i would have rated 1 star instead of 4. They need to improve a lott with proper communication and customer understanding.

My wife and I relocated to Charlotte and leased a property from AM Realty while we decided where in Charlotte we wanted to buy a house. Nick Mears was incredibly responsive to our questions and the couple of times we needed maintenance services we had someone at the house within 24 hours, if not much earlier.
