This company is terrible to rent from they have poor communication skills, and they don’t call you back when it comes to getting stuff fixed they take forever give you the run around. When need access to unit never want to work out a time for you to be there just when it’s convenient for them even though you can’t get off from work. I even told them I was moving out and they said we will get back to you and never heard anything reached back out again and they said same thing. I would not recommend anyone to rent from this company..

So far so good ... .All work orders has been completed expeditiously. Excited for the future hoping for long-term relationship will update in a year It's been a year and now the rent is raised an extra $60 so I will only stay another year The neighborhood is great There are more vacant properties then tenants so you will think they will like to keep the current customers happy
